Before you contact us, we ask you to check whether you have a working internet connection, whether the system administration department ensures that we can make changes to your system if necessary and whether you have installed the latest version of TeamViewer.

To be able to help you remotely in the best possible way, we at Logi Label use TeamViewer Quick Support. This small client module is optimised for spontaneous support and does not require any installation or administrator rights. All you have to do is download, double-click and give the specified ID and password to your support provider.
